No Magnet Carrera Slot Car Racing 1/24 .

A corner of a race between my Wife and I. We feel racing the 1/24 scale Carrera slot cars should be raced without magnets for better realism.
(first car cornering alone is a 1/32)

I agree. Can’t wait to have a larger area so I can have some #3 and #4 curves.
Now get rid of …
Now get rid of those #1 curves and replace them with some #4’s and you can do some serious drifting. And kick your slot addiction up several notches.

Thats why I chose …
Thats why I chose the Carrera, for the track size and the shoulders. The Corvettes that are racing are 1/24 scale and theres still good room. The 1/32 scale cars have tons of room on the track. Once you race the 1/24 scale cars it is harder to race the 1/32 after because the 1/24 cars have such a good realistic feel to them.

lol great vid. Carrera track is the bomb! My Scaley track is so narrow that when you go sideways like that, the inside car knocks the outside one off.

hear hear! Racing without magents is so much better and more realistic. The cars go too fats otherwise and you grt better crashes without because of the drag
